• Refunds are only applicable for non-glass items.

• For window-related purchases, a refund request must be made within 10 days from the date of delivery.

• Refund requests can be submitted via the chat option on our website.

• Please note that a ₹100 deduction will be applied to the refund amount to cover reverse pickup costs.

• Once your request is received, a reverse pickup will be scheduled.

• It typically takes 6-12 days for the shipping company to deliver the package back to us.

• After we receive the returned item at our warehouse, the refund will be processed within 24 hours.

• You will be provided with a tracking link to monitor the reverse pickup and its status.

• If the item is damaged upon delivery, an unboxing video must be submitted to validate the damage.

• A replacement will be provided for damaged glass and other non-returnable items.
