• All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation.

• Orders for candles are made freshly to preserve the quality, essence, and fragrance of the essential oils used in our scented candles. These orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

• COD orders incur an additional charge of ₹85.

• Once confirmed, COD orders are dispatched within 24 hours from our side.

• COD orders are confirmed by the shipping company via a WhatsApp message.

• Important: If a customer selects prepaid free shipping but chooses COD as the payment method at the end of checkout, the order will automatically be updated to include the ₹85 COD shipping charge.

Order Tracking:

• All orders can be tracked via the "Track Order" page on our website.

• Shipping details, including the tracking number, are sent via email for your convenience.

Shipping Time:

• For pre-paid orders, the shipping time is between 3-7 working days, depending on the delivery location.

• For COD orders, the shipping time is between 4-8 working days.
